Applicant privacy notice

This notice explains how Mohs Pros, Inc. handles information from people who apply for jobs or training.

What we collect

• Contact details: name, email, phone, city and state
• Background: experience, education, certification, availability, résumé and anything you choose to tell us
• Information from interviews and, if we make an offer, from checks you authorize

We don't ask about criminal history before a conditional offer, and we don't ask for your Social Security number or date of birth when you apply.

Why we use it

• To assess your application and contact you about jobs and training
• To meet legal duties, such as equal employment opportunity and record-keeping rules

Who sees it

Mohs Pros hiring staff and the service providers that help us receive and store applications, including HeyWaiter Inc., which operates this site. We don't sell applicant information or share it with other employers.

How long we keep it

We keep applications for as long as employment law requires, which in California is at least four years, and then delete them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by emailing hello@mohstechnician.com. We'll respond within the time the law requires, except for records we must keep.
