Privacy policy

MohsTechnician.com is a website of Mohs Pros, Inc. ("Mohs Pros", "we"), operated on our behalf by HeyWaiter Inc.. This policy explains what we collect through the site and what we do with it. Job applicants should also read our applicant privacy notice.
What we collect
- What you send us through a form: name, email, phone, city and state, experience, education, availability, résumé and any message.
- How you found us: if you arrive through an ad or a link with campaign tags (such as
utm_sourceor an ad click ID), your form submission includes those tags, the first page you landed on and the website that referred you. They're kept only in your browser tab until you send a form, and we use them to see which ads and links bring applicants. - Technical data our hosting provider processes to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested.
Please don't send health or patient information through this site.
How we use it
- To consider you for work or training with Mohs Pros and to contact you
- To respond to referrals and network sign-ups, and to plan where we hire next
- To keep the site secure and working
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and handle your message (for example, our hosting and email providers, including Cloudflare), with HeyWaiter Inc. as the site operator, and when the law requires.
Cookies and tracking
The site doesn't use advertising cookies. If we add analytics, we'll describe it here. Our security check on forms (Cloudflare Turnstile), if enabled, may set data needed to tell people from bots.
Do Not Track: the site doesn't change its behavior in response to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because it doesn't track you across other websites. We don't allow third parties to collect information about your activity across sites through this site.
Your choices
You can ask us to see, correct or delete what you've sent us by emailing hello@mohstechnician.com. Some records we must keep by law.

We'll post any changes on this page and update the effective date above.
